PPC Management Services for Google and Meta Ads
Our PPC management services are judged on one number: what each lead or sale costs you. Search ads on Google catch people who are ready to buy. Facebook and Instagram ads reach them before they start searching. We run both, with tracking you can trust.
Why Most PPC Campaigns Waste Money
Most pay-per-click accounts we audit have the same problems: conversion tracking that counts the wrong things, broad keywords with no negative keywords, one generic landing page for every ad, and nobody checking the search terms people actually typed. The fix isn’t a bigger budget. It’s better management.
Google Ads or Meta Ads: Which Is Right for You?
Google Ads
Best when people already search for what you sell. Your ad appears at the moment they’re looking, so leads tend to be ready to act. We manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping and call campaigns.
Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
Best when you need to create demand, show something visual, or bring back people who visited your site without getting in touch.
| Meta | ||
|---|---|---|
| How people find you | they search for what you sell | they see you while scrolling |
| Works best for | services people look up when they need them | visual products, local offers, events and new ideas |
| Main job | capturing demand that already exists | creating demand and retargeting visitors |
| Start here if | people already search for your service | customers don’t know they need you yet |
Many businesses use both: Google captures people searching today, and Meta retargets visitors who left without enquiring. We’ll recommend the right mix on your strategy call.

PPC Channels We Manage
- Google Search ads
- Google Performance Max and Shopping
- Google display remarketing
- Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta)
- Meta lead ads and retargeting
How We Measure PPC Success
We judge every campaign on cost per lead (or return on ad spend for online stores), conversion rate, and the share of spend that goes to searches or audiences that never convert. Clicks and impressions only matter when they move those numbers.
Who Our PPC Management Is For
Most of our PPC clients are small and mid-sized businesses that want a senior specialist without an enterprise-sized minimum spend: private clinics and pharmacies, B2B service firms, SaaS companies and online stores selling in the UK, US, Gulf and Australia.
How We Charge for PPC Management
A flat monthly management fee from [YOUR PRICE], separate from your ad spend. You pay Google and Meta directly, so you always see exactly what was spent. We don’t charge a percentage of spend, because that rewards spending more instead of spending better. We recommend at least [YOUR MINIMUM] a month in ad spend per platform, so there’s enough data to optimize.
Our PPC Principles
- You own your ad accounts, data and billing
- A flat fee, never a percentage of spend
- No long lock-in contracts
- A senior specialist works in your account every week
- Reports in plain English, built around leads
PPC Management FAQs
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on your market and what a customer is worth to you. We estimate a sensible starting budget on your strategy call, using cost-per-click data for your keywords and location.
Who owns the ad accounts?
You do. If you don’t have accounts yet, we create them in your name and add ourselves as managers.
How quickly will I see results?
Ads start bringing traffic within days of launch. Expect four to eight weeks of data before cost per lead settles at its best level.
Do you create the ads?
Yes. We write the copy for every campaign and design the creative for Meta ads. You approve everything before it goes live.
Can you take over an existing account?
Yes. We start with an audit, keep what works, and fix tracking and structure before making bigger changes.
Do you manage Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads?
[Your answer, for example: Not yet. We focus on Google and Meta, where most of our clients’ customers are.]
What's a good cost per lead?
It depends on what a customer is worth to you. A good cost per lead leaves a healthy profit after your lead-to-customer conversion rate. We work this out with you before launch.
How long is the contract?
[Your terms, for example: a 3-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days’ notice.]
Pair PPC With SEO
Ads bring leads now; SEO brings leads that don’t cost per click. Most clients run both, using ad data to choose which keywords to target with SEO.
