About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of margalladigital.com. Client work is also covered by a separate proposal or service agreement, which takes priority if the two differ.
Our Services
We provide SEO, paid advertising management, social media management and website design and development. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for each client are set out in their proposal.
Fees and Payment
Monthly services are invoiced [in advance] each month. Project work is invoiced [50% upfront and 50% on completion]. Invoices are due within [14] days. Advertising spend is paid by the client directly to the ad platform.
Ownership of Work
Once paid for, the content, designs and website code we create for you belong to you. Ad accounts, analytics and hosting are set up in your name. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver our services.
Results
We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard. Search rankings and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine and platform changes, so we can’t guarantee specific positions or outcomes.
Ending the Agreement
Either side can end a monthly service with [30] days’ written notice after any minimum term in your proposal. We’ll hand over all access and work completed up to that date.
